How Dispense desired amount of Inner Restore Conditioner into hands and apply to the hair. Leave in 2 – 15 minutes. Process with or without heat depending on the level of conditioning desired. Heat using plastic cap, towel, blow-dryer, or process under dryer. Rinse thoroughly.	How Scoop desired amount into palm of hand and apply evenly to the hair, making sure to reach ends. Leave on 2-5 minutes (depending on the level of conditioning needed). Rinse thoroughly (no heat needed).	How Use appropriate Senscience Shampoo and Conditioner. Towel dry.
